Sammi Farra was born in the hills of Kentucky and raised over the road as a truck driver’s daughter. She finally landed in Tennessee and calls Nashville her home. Sammi is of European, Irish, British, and a dash of Spanish descent.

She loves Vintage Americana culture from the 40s to the 60s. She enjoys music of all kinds, classic cars, universal monsters/horror, comedy, animals especially cats, and Pilates.

Her inspirations include Elvira, Marilyn Monroe, Bettie Page, and Dita von Teese.

Sammi has been a lover of pin-up culture from a young age. She started watching Elvira with her cousins in the 80s. She has attended many car shows with her family over the years and won her first hula hoop contest at age 5. She also won the first beauty pageant she ever entered at age 7.

Her step-grandfather introduced her to Marilyn Monroe with his collection of dolls, movies, and life-size props. After seeing the movie Some Like It Hot, Sammi fell in love with Marilyn! Then in her teenage years, Sammi found Bettie Page and her love for pin-up grew even further!

Sammi has always been photogenic and started modeling in 2003. She has continued to expand her love of being in front of the camera and vintage style to her artwork today.

When she is not out supporting the pin-up community, Sammi is working in the dental field helping enhance people’s smiles, or working as a fitness and nutrition coach to help improve someone’s overall health. She also enjoys time at her A-frame home with her son, husband, four cats and dog.
